Paisley is 2 months old and has a heart murmur. Her doctor says she is doing fine and is healthy. Is it ok for mom and dad to massage her?

It should not be a problem. Of course you get your Doctors approval.
Nothing we do in the well baby routine should affect a heart murmur.
Massage in general does increase circulation and can be stimulating to the internal organs.
For your own peace of mind you will always watch skin color, as it is an intication of what the circulatory system is doing. Typically a baby with have a pinkish skin tone, and if they started turning blue, then it could be an indication that their circulation is poor and you would want to get medical assistance.
