Since I was five years old I have wanted to work with orphans and street kids in Russia. After I graduated from highschool in 2007 I went to work in Perm, Russia. I quickly discovered that the orphan babies in the orphanage lacked proper care and touch. Consequently, when I returned to the States in the summer of 2008, I took the infant massage training offered by Loving Touch. Once I have mastered the Russian language I hope to teach the orphanage workers infant massage so that the infants they work with can receive the touch they need. I am also looking into giving Infant Massage classes at a crisis pregnancy center in Perm.
