Hello! I am very excited to be back teaching infant massage classes! I recently graduated from Wheelock College in Boston, MA where I earned a Masters in Child Life and Family Centered Care and a Graduate Level Certificate in Parenting Education. Teaching infant massage is the perfect use of my knowledge including the use of my Bachelors in Child Development. I love to work with children and parents in strengthening a vital secure attachment. I believe that the parent-child bond is the most important relationship in a child's life that is the building block to which each and every relationship in life stems from. Even in infancy a child is learning how to trust, love and communicate. The regular use of infant massage can enhance these important attributes to becoming a resilient child and some-day adult.
A mid-range goal of mine is to expand my infant massage to the hospital setting where I will provide classes to parents and infants in the NICU and Pediatric Units.
