A mother of 4, grandmother to 6, I became a doula after retiring from teaching. This led me to becoming certified to teach Whole Birth (Prenatal) Yoga, which, in turn took me down the path to becoming a registered Hatha Yoga Teacher. Serving as a doula over the years convinced me that the mothers in our culture need to be taught more ways to lovingly touch their babies - so here I am - going for CIMI!
