About Me: I am a Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist. Since 2001, I have worked for Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, Ct.. I have worked on Women and Infants since 2006 actively supporting women with massage ante and post partum as well as teaching the Loving Touch Infant Massage Therapy Program to our new parents and grandparents.I have been an advocate of women's health for over 30 years.I am the mother of four fabulous grown children and the grandmother to 11 grandchildren.
