About Me: I love, live and teach everything that could possibly promote growing happy, healthy, beautiful, smart and 'connected' babies! I'm a Lactation Educator and I'm the Maternal and Child Health Coordinator for one of the largest community health centers in the beautiful Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon. My staff & I work with pregnant women throughout their pregnancies to make sure they get all the care they need, I teach labor & delivery, prenatal nutrition, breastfeeding and infant massage classes and provide lactation support for new moms and babies. I also have a line of hand-made soaps and aromatherapeutic massage oils that I've developed especially for pregnancy, birthing and infant massage (and some for dads too!).
