Jessie Ramirez comes from a Costa Rican family; she was born in Naples, Florida. She spent her early years of life in Costa Rica and the rest of her life in Colorado, where she was drawn by her passion for skiing.
Her interest in physical and mental well being started in her early years of practicing martial arts, yoga and modern dance. This encouraged her to initiate her journey as a Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy as a Certified Massage Therapist with an Associate of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy including; Prenatal, Postnatal and Infant Massage training. She is also Certified in Sports and Orthopedic Massage and Certified Infant Massage Instructor through ILTF.
She has an enormous respect for the body as a whole being therefore Jessie expanded her knowledge in Oriental Techniques. She studied Internal Organ Shiatsu at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, Traditional Chinese Medicine Principles and Kriya Hatha Yoga in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Jessie is a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner and Certified Yoga instructor. Whether teaching a Yoga class, recovering from an injury, coping with stress, chronic pain or others, her work and instruction embodies deep peace and integrates all levels of the human being.
She has been practicing as a Massage Therapist since 2001.
Her professional experience in the bodywork industry is extended from hands on as a Therapist to management and instruction.
She currently lives in Broomfield, Colorado with her husband and two kids.
