Sarah Denham holds a National and State Certification in Massage Therapy (LMP) with training in LaStone Therapy (LST), Pregnancy Massage and Reiki.
As a 2002 graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, Sarah is educated in therapeutic Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Pregnancy massage techniques as well as healing stone and energy therapies. Additionally she is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) with the International Loving Touch Foundation.
Sarah integrates traditional massage techniques with learned modalities working myofascially and intuitively to cater to each individual’s needs. With her strong desire to help others, Sarah seeks to educate her clients about body movement and awareness, bringing a caring and healing energy to every session. She focuses on the "whole" being with the theory that "well being is the natural state of being."
